HISTORY

Shanghai Queen Service Company, established in 2023 and also known as QUEEN SERVICE, is a third-party service company founded by a team with over 20 years of experience in quality control. We are well-versed in the diverse needs of the trade supply chain and various product technical standards. Our services include Sourcing Factory, Factory Auditing (FQA audit and BSCI and Sedex), product inspections (Pre-production Inspection、During-production Inspection、Final Random Inspection), 100% full inspections, full-process inspections, on-site factory inspections, and container loading supervision. We help clients resolve product quality issues in a fast, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Headquartered in Shanghai, QUEEN SERVICE has set up offices in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Tianjin, as well as in Southeast Asia (Vietnam and Thailand), Africa (Tanzania), the Middle East (Iran), Europe (Spain), and the United States (Seattle).

Since its establishment, our company has remained rooted in the local market while serving clients globally. We have a network of over 1,000 inspectors across China and overseas, with our services covering more than 30 countries and regions. Our inspection team members have an average of 20 years of industry experience.
