The Spain-China Business Chamber

We promote and strengthen economic and trade relations between both countries

The Chamber’s role is to be a benchmark in mediation and communication between Spanish and Chinese companies, in order to defend the interests of our companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, which have less operational capacity in China

We also aim to be the link that connects the people in our member companies so that they can leverage synergies, provide specialised services at both corporate and personal level, and offer corporate support in any adverse circumstances our members may face; without forgetting the promotion of cultural, sporting and leisure activities, so necessary for the expatriate teams of our companies to find a better social environment and thus reduce staff turnover.

Advisory body

The Chamber aims to be an advisory body and partner of the Spanish Public Administration, working in close contact with the Spanish Commercial Offices in China.

Through a network of three offices, in Beijing, Shanghai and South China, the Spain-China Business Chamber aims to help Spanish companies develop their business in China and, in particular, to actively and preferentially advance the interests of its members, all with the aim of fostering trade relations between Spain and China.

The Chamber provides the information, services and contacts needed to develop your business in China. The experience of the Chamber and its members is an added value at the service of Spanish companies.

The Chamber plays an important role in institutional relations and in the joint defence of the collective interests of Spanish business people established in China, by fostering communication within the growing Spanish business community in China and a constructive dialogue with local and Spanish authorities.

The Chamber is back

After three years of pandemic, the Chamber aims to regain its position as a benchmark in supporting Spanish public and private organisations in China. Requests from many former members for an association updated to today’s needs and companies encourage us to embark on this new stage.

An example of this is the case of Spanish private or public organisations that want to establish trade relations with China, but have little capacity to commit personal or material resources to that task; this is where the Club of Spanish Entrepreneurs in China can help, through its new virtual secretariat service, by attending to their future Chinese clients without the need for any prior local set-up.
