As the world’s leading ham producer, Spain has Iberian ham in its restaurants, bars and homes, loved by everyone from the Spanish royal family to ordinary people. In recent years Spanish Iberian ham has arrived in China and on Chinese tables. According to our survey data, whether imported sliced or as whole legs, more and more people love Spanish Iberian ham: from the surprise of their first taste to praising it at everyday meals, it has earned an excellent reputation in China. To keep promoting Iberian ham culture, we invited a professional ham carver to teach everyone on site how to perfectly carve a leg of Spanish Iberian ham, while Ms. Monica explained its culture.
